Job Description

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator who is based in Central Florida. This role includes local travel to client sites in Central Florida about twice per month to capture authentic, real-world content and photoshoots. The client is a well-established HVAC company, and your role is to showcase their work through engaging, high-quality social media content. The position is remote with a flexible schedule, requiring about 4 hours of work daily and two monthly client site visits. Communication and collaboration with the internal team will occur between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.

Job Requirements

• Must live in Central Florida and be able to travel locally.
• Proven experience in social media management.
• Strong creative skills with an eye for authentic, engaging content.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Comfortable filming real-world content using a smartphone.
• Experience managing content calendars.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with another Social Media Manager.
• Understanding of platforms like YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Nextdoor, and neighborhood/community groups.
• Experience with AI-generated content tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain brand voice.
• Monitoring and responding to comments on assigned social media channels is a mandatory part of this position.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Pay: $4,000.00 per month
