Job Description

Freezing Point is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US and the maker of Frazil, 100% Juice Frazil, Frazil Energy, and Café Tango! We are seeking a Contracted Freelance Graphic Designer to join our high-performance team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, innovative designs across various channels, including product packaging and digital and in-store marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and a fun, refreshing visual presence as we introduce exciting promotions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design promotional materials for digital and in-store use, including banners, flyers, and social media content.
• Ensure consistent application of branding and update brand materials, such as logos and style guides.
• Design trade show booth setups, banners, and promotional materials to stand out in competitive environments.
• Create visual content for social media channels, website, and email marketing.
• Design user-friendly web pages using drag-and-drop editors, ensuring optimization for desktop and mobile experiences.
• Maintain brand consistency with colors, typography, and imagery across all design materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• **Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:**1-3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field (BFA or BA preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• **Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:**Experience in digital marketing materials, social media graphics, and packaging design.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
• Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects preferred).
• **Required Soft Skills:**Ability to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong illustration skills for digital projects.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for creative thinking and bringing fresh ideas.
• Strong collaborator with effective coordination across projects.
• Hard-working, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
