Job Title: Social Media and Website Manager

Job Summary: We need a creative and organized Social Media and Website Manager to lead our digital presence. You will manage our social channels, update our website, and track data to help grow our audience and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Create, write, and schedule posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
• Interact with followers, answer questions, and build a positive online community.
• Plan social media campaigns to promote new products, services, or events.
• Website Management:
• Update website text, images, and blog posts using Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.
• Check for broken links, fix bugs, and ensure pages load quickly.
• Make sure the website looks great and works well on mobile phones and computers.
• Content and SEO:
• Write clear and catchy headlines and product descriptions.
• Use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) basics to help our website show up higher on Google search results.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track website traffic and social media likes, shares, and comments using tools like Google Analytics.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports on what is working and how to improve.

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience managing social media and websites for a business or brand.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Experience with website builders and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or Shopify).
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for basic graphic design or video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
• Strong time-management skills to handle multiple tasks at once.
