Job Description

Live Oaks Community Church is seeking a creative and dependable Freelance Graphic Designer to provide design support for church ministries, events, and print projects. This individual will work with our Communications Team to create professional, engaging, and brand-consistent materials that help communicate the mission and ministries of Live Oaks.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for ministry events, programs, classes, and special events.
• Create print materials including flyers, brochures, postcards, signage, banners, handouts, and other promotional pieces.
• Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats for print, screens, email, and digital use.
• Follow established Live Oaks branding, colors, fonts, and visual standards.
• Work from provided project information and creative direction.
• Make revisions as requested and meet established project deadlines.
• Prepare final, production-ready files for print and digital distribution.

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills and creative eye.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable professional design software.
• Experience preparing files for professional printing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and responsiveness to feedback.
• Understanding of church/ministry communications is preferred.

Additional Information

This is a project-based freelance position with work assigned as design needs arise.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week
