Job Description

We’re a small but growing creative company looking for a Freelance Social Media Content Creator/Videographer to join our team on a project-based basis. We’re seeking someone creative, reliable, and motivated who wants to be hands-on and grow with our company long-term.

Pay: $50-$100 per filming day, depending on experience and project needs.

Filming: Sessions average 2.5 hours per project, but may vary.

Requirements

• Based in Miami
• Has reliable transportation and can travel to filming locations
• Creative with a strong eye for social media content
• Wants to be hands-on with creative direction
• Comfortable working directly with influencers and talent
• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera
• Able to understand and execute a shot list
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and punctual
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Interested in building a long-term working relationship with a growing company

Responsibilities

• Read and confidently execute shot lists
• Be hands-on with creative direction during shoots
• Work directly with influencers and talent to bring content ideas to life
• Direct talent and help people feel comfortable and natural on camera
• Capture engaging, high-quality social media content
• Problem-solve and think on your feet while filming
• Bring creative ideas and input to each project
• Communicate with our team and follow project direction
• Work independently and take initiative
