Job Description

A kids’ consumer product brand based in Dallas is looking for a social media specialist to own our social presence end to end. You will be tasked with growing our social presence to drive sales. This is a blended role spanning content, community, and influencer marketing—ideal for someone who’s both creative and technical-minded.

This is a remote, freelance or contract-based position, with a flexible ~15–30 hours/week depending on fit and scope.

Requirements

- 2+ years managing social and affiliate outreach for U.S. consumer brands.

- Strong video and image editing skills.

- Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to turn performance metrics into decisions.

Responsibilities

- Manage our social accounts day to day: posting, scheduling, and community engagement.

- Create, edit and adapt content into polished short-form video (TikTok/Reels) and images, working from footage supplied by our photographers, videographers, and content creators.

- Coordinate with creators and professionals to keep a steady content pipeline flowing.

- Build and run our influencer/affiliate program: scout creators, handle outreach, and manage relationships.

- Support other paid digital marketing initiatives.

Compensation

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week.
