REMOTE SHORT-FORM VIDEO EDITORUrgent

We are Lean Growth Marketing, an Irish digital marketing business, seeking a reliable remote short-form video editor for an ongoing part-time contract. You will edit approximately 25 vertical social videos each month for clients in fitness, property, hospitality, retail and lifestyle. We will provide footage, brand direction and creative briefs, and you will create polished Instagram Reels, TikToks, short social ads, talking-head edits, B-roll content and promotional videos, typically 15–60 seconds long.

You should be confident with strong hooks, captions and on-screen text, music and sound effects, basic colour correction, B-roll, 9:16 formatting, and pacing that supports retention. Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is required. We need clear English communication, dependable weekly turnaround times, attention to detail, and the ability to follow different brand styles and feedback. This is intended as a long-term collaboration, with potential for increased work as we grow.
