Job Description

Rutgers University–Camden is seeking two Part-Time Graphic Designers for the Department of Visual, Media, and Performing Arts (VMPA). This role involves providing graphic design, marketing, and communications support for VMPA programs and events, including the design and editing of print and digital materials such as posters, brochures, newsletters, and social media graphics. The designer will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and University partners to ensure accurate and timely promotion of departmental programs and events, while also assisting in maintaining the departmental website content. The position requires managing multiple projects and deadlines, along with contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.

Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Up to two years of relevant experience in an administrative function with good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy required.
