Job Description

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a group of social discovery companies focused on combating loneliness and improving connections through online platforms. We are seeking a Freelance Paid Social & Lead Generation Specialist for a part-time freelance role. The primary goal of this role is to generate high-quality B2B leads and potential partnerships via social media, particularly through Instagram. This is not a traditional SMM role; the focus is on building an effective acquisition funnel and improving lead generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in paid social, performance marketing, and/or lead generation.
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing social media advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of how to generate and qualify B2B leads through social media.
• A track record of delivering measurable business results through social media acquisition.
• Experience setting up campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimization based on data.
• Strong understanding of audiences, targeting, conversion funnels, and lead quality.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• A results-oriented mindset; focus on the quality of leads generated over quantity of posts or impressions.
• Experience in dating, creator economy, influencer marketing, entertainment, or similar industries preferred but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of content creation and social media communication.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, copywriting, or visual generation is a plus.
• English proficiency - B2+.
