Job Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a paid, entry-level opportunity designed for someone who has a strong eye for design and is ready to grow through hands-on experience. Professional agency experience is not required. Recent graduates, self-taught designers, and candidates beginning their design careers are encouraged to apply. We are also open to applicants with more experience who are interested in the position.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, digital advertising, marketing campaigns, websites, and print materials.
• Design layouts that follow each client’s brand guidelines and project goals.
• Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
• Assist with branding projects, promotional materials, presentations, and other creative needs.
• Edit photos and prepare visual content for digital and print use.
• Prepare files with the correct dimensions, resolution, and formatting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn ideas into clear and engaging visuals.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback.
• Help maintain consistency across client brands and campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout skills, and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
• Basic understanding of typography, color, composition, and branding.
• Ability to follow creative direction while also contributing original ideas.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continue developing professionally.
• Experience creating social media or marketing content is helpful but not required.
• Motion graphics, video editing, photography, WordPress, or web design experience is a plus but not required.
