Job Description

The NFL Global Creative Marketing team is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) seasonal designer adept in the Adobe Creative Suite for the NFL’s official social platforms, as well as other NFL-affiliated channels, teams, and players with a focus on supporting international Spanish-speaking channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about football, social media, and storytelling, with a drive to create innovative original content. This role is characterized by a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and a strong workload management. Success in this position depends on being a self-starter eager to learn and grow while contributing to the brand.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and animate various graphics and other creative needs for the NFL’s official social platforms and NFL-affiliated channels, teams, and players.
• Collaborate with a large creative team of designers, illustrators, editors, and copywriters to conceptualize and execute multiple daily projects.
• Pitch and conceptualize original content ideas and franchises for NFL social media platforms.
• Manage storytelling behind each creative output, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and relevance to the content.
• Identify key storylines from around the NFL and communicate them effectively to the audience.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and animation.
• Prior experience building and animating assets on social and/or digital platforms.
• Design portfolio with examples of relevant work.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
• Video editing experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings, nights, and weekends due to the NFL schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of football and the NFL audience is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work quickly under short deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to take direction and incorporate feedback.
• Capacity to handle concept changes and accept creative feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.

Terms/Expected Hours of Work

Nights and weekends, especially during the NFL season; opportunities for overtime.

Salary

$42 - $50 USD
