This position is for a film company, freelance role, meaning you will only be paid or work when there is a film that requires advertisement. We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored social media strategies aligned with campaign goals and brand identity on an as-needed basis.
• Create content for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor social media channels for audience engagement, respond promptly to comments and messages, and manage community interactions to foster positive relationships.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and competitor activities, informing future content strategies.
• Utilize media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and visual content.
• Analyze social media analytics and web analytics data using platforms like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, branding, e-commerce, and marketing to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Requirements

• Able to work proficiently with our Graphic Design team and develop social media content and upload to platforms.
• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring campaigns.
• Skilled in graphic design and media editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, Google Analytics, and marketing online analytics to track digital marketing performance.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and social media analytics to gauge audience engagement and campaign success.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading and content accuracy.
