We are seeking a Master’s-level Software Engineering Intern to help build a production-ready real estate technology product from the ground up. You will work directly with the founder on system design, architecture, full-stack development, and iterative delivery. The role requires strong Ruby on Rails experience, JavaScript, and React, with the ability to independently turn business requirements into scalable software.

The work includes building interactive, computation-heavy interfaces with real-time updates, data visualisation, and dynamic parameter handling. Experience with PostgreSQL, background jobs, deployment, testing, Git, and frontend integration is preferred. Familiarity with 3D visualisation, WebGL, ArcGIS Maps SDK, CesiumJS, PostGIS, and geospatial map integrations is highly valuable. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership of deliverables, and is comfortable working in an early-stage environment. The project is remote, part-time at around 20 hours per week, with delivery preferably by the end of the year.

I’m the founder of ProForm, an early-stage real estate technology company focused on improving how development opportunities are evaluated and visualized. My background is in construction and real estate development, with more than 20 years of experience managing complex projects and development-related work. I’m now building software around problems I’ve encountered firsthand in the industry. I’m looking to work with technically strong people who can take ownership of defined components, communicate clearly, and help turn complex real-world workflows into intuitive software. For this particular role, I’m especially interested in someone with strong 3D geospatial and web application development experience.
