About us
We’re a new coaching company for high-achieving men: founders, executives, and professionals whose careers are thriving while their marriages quietly aren’t.
We’re building our online presence from scratch, starting with a podcast. You’d be our first editor. There’s no style guide yet, so you’ll help shape how our content looks and moves. Expect some back-and-forth on style while we find our look. Accuracy has to be there from the first cut.

The first project
12 podcast episodes, about 20 minutes each, recorded September 23 and 24.
You’ll get separate camera and audio files plus a live-switched cut. No editing has been done; that part is all yours.
Each full episode edited for YouTube.
Short clips and vertical shorts from each episode for social media.
Delivered in stages: episode 1 and its clips first, which sets the style for everything after. The remaining episodes follow in batches.
This is the first batch. More recordings are planned, including ads, and we’re hiring with ongoing work in mind.

What we expect
Error-free text. Captions and on-screen text go out with zero typos. You proofread before you submit, every time.
Fluent written and spoken English. Your accent doesn’t matter. Your accuracy does.
You stand behind your work. If something’s off, you flag it before we find it.
An eye for the moment. You know which 30 seconds of a conversation will stop someone scrolling, and why.

How we handle footage
You’ll sign an NDA before you see any footage.
Raw footage lives in our storage. You work from it there and deliver back to it.
AI tools are welcome. Raw, unpublished footage only goes into tools we’ve approved, so ask before running our material through anything cloud-based.
You use your own editing software.

Before you start, have ready: links to two or three edits you’ve made, your quote in US dollars (USD) per episode and per clip, and a link to a 60 to 90 second video of you talking about a recent edit.

What happens next
We review applications starting the week of September 28.
Shortlisted candidates get a short call.
Paid test: you sign an NDA and edit one clip from our real footage, paid at your own quoted per-clip rate.
