Selects & Stringouts for Nonprofit Drag Show
We are seeking a video editor or assistant editor to organize footage from the 2025 Gotham Knights Rugby Football Club Drag Show, our annual nonprofit fundraiser in New York City. Gotham Knights Rugby Football Club is a 501©(3) nonprofit that creates an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ athletes and allies. This is not a finished-edit assignment; the work will provide our media team with usable material for promotional content.
The editor will review existing event footage and identify strong drag performance moments, memorable or funny moments, crowd reactions, host segments, soundbites, backstage footage, establishing shots, and useful B-roll. Using DaVinci Resolve, they will create an organized project with clearly labelled selects and stringout timelines, grouped by category where useful. Source media must remain intact, and markers or brief notes on standout moments are welcome. No graphics, music, effects, colour grading, sound mixing, or finished social-media edits are required. The work is remote and needed within two weeks.
