I’m looking for a long-term video editor for my YouTube channel, Life With Baris. The channel follows real everyday life, including gym, my dog, my girlfriend, food, errands, travel, events, work, home life and Hawaii. I need an editor with strong documentary and lifestyle storytelling instincts who can turn mostly 4K footage into engaging, authentic and polished vlogs while preserving my personality. The style should feel grounded and natural, without hyperactive edits, excessive captions, zooms or effects. Tasteful music and sound design are welcome when they improve the story, but natural audio should remain the foundation. Finished videos are usually 20–40 minutes, using around 1–2 hours of raw footage in a normal week and 3 or more hours for travel or event weeks. This could lead to ongoing weekly or regular work.
