Job Description

Aeroflow Health is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to lead the day-to-day execution of social content across multiple platforms and serve as a key voice for our Mom & Baby division. This is a content-first position focused on creating, repurposing, and publishing engaging social content across platforms, engaging with our community, monitoring trends, and using performance insights to continuously improve our approach.

Requirements

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Social Media Planning & Execution: Partner with the Brand Manager and internal/external partners to translate the social strategy into a content plan informed by business priorities, trends, and marketing initiatives. Maintain a rolling monthly content calendar and own day-to-day scheduling and publishing of approved content across social channels.
• Social-First Content Creation: Create short-form video, graphics, and other social content using existing brand assets while maintaining brand standards.
• Community Management: Engage with comments, mentions, and other community conversations across social channels in a timely and on-brand manner.
• Performance & Insights: Monitor and report on monthly social performance, identifying trends and insights to inform future content and strategies.
• Social Trends & Listening: Proactively monitor trends and industry news to support brand relevance and identify timely posting opportunities.
• UGC Content Creation: Create product-focused and educational user-generated content as needed, including unboxings and product demonstrations.
• Content Repurposing: Extend the reach of existing content by repurposing across various platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and lactation content team to ensure social content supports broader campaigns and business priorities.

Skills for Success:

• Proficiency in short-form video, photography, graphic design, and UGC content using tools like Canva and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and the ability to create native and relevant content.
• Copywriting and community engagement skills while maintaining an authentic voice.
• Ability to participate in trends while maintaining brand safety.
• Strong project and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality and comply with relevant laws and policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing or supporting brand social media accounts across major platforms.
• Proficiency in creating visual content using Canva or similar tools.
• Experience with social publishing and analytics tools.
• Capability to come into the Aeroflow Health headquarters at least twice per year for onsite planning sessions.
