Job Description
The Creative & Design Manager manages and executes creative across digital, retail, social, events, packaging, and other marketing channels. The role focuses on creating digital assets with a strong storytelling perspective while maintaining a consistent and elevated expression of The Webster brand.
Responsibilities include designing omnichannel marketing assets, campaign launches, newsletters, website pages, paid and out-of-home advertising, social content, retail signage, event collateral, and internal presentations. The role balances brand expression with conversion, merchandising, customer experience, and commercial objectives.
The Creative & Design Manager maintains brand standards, templates, and creative guidelines across the company. They manage project priorities and quality while collaborating with Social Media, Digital Strategy, Creative Production, Brand Partnerships, Merchandising, and Engineering teams.
This is a hands-on role reporting to the Head of Digital Content.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of digital design experience, preferably within marketing, retail, or e-commerce.
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital design work and strong attention to detail.
- Strong skills in typography, layout, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Ability to connect design decisions to business goals, conversion, merchandising, and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Graphic design degree or equivalent visual design background.
- Interest in or understanding of fashion, art, and culture.
- Strong project management, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Experience with motion design, content creation, and AI-assisted asset development is advantageous.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Monday is advantageous.
