Job Description

INNOMARK is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its Temporary Displays team. The role supports the development of retail displays, POP signage, packaging, and visual merchandising solutions for leading consumer brands.

The Graphic Designer will manage projects from concept through production, combining graphic design, production artwork, print production, photography, digital content creation, 3D rendering, video editing, and AI-assisted creative workflows. The position involves close collaboration with structural designers, project managers, production teams, clients, and other internal stakeholders.

  • Create production-ready artwork for temporary retail displays, POP signage, packaging, and visual merchandising programs.
  • Develop layouts that meet customer brand standards and production specifications.
  • Prepare, print, trim, mount, and finish graphic samples and prototypes.
  • Produce print-ready files for large-format digital, lithographic, and other printing methods.
  • Create 3D renderings, mockups, and visual presentations of retail displays.
  • Edit and retouch product, prototype, and display photography.
  • Photograph completed prototypes and finished displays for documentation and portfolio use.
  • Design assembly instructions using illustrations, graphics, and step-by-step layouts.
  • Produce and edit assembly, training, and product demonstration videos.
  • Apply artwork to dielines and collaborate with Structural Designers to ensure accurate alignment with structural components.
  • Review artwork for quality, color accuracy, print readiness, and production feasibility.
  • Maintain organized project files, digital assets, and artwork archives.
  • Make artwork revisions and respond efficiently to changing requirements and tight deadlines.
  • Support special creative projects, sales presentations, and customer-facing materials.
  • Use AI-powered design and image-editing tools to support concept development, rendering, photography enhancement, and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor emerging creative technologies and recommend tools and processes that benefit the team.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Two to five years of professional graphic design or production artwork experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Experience with photo editing, retouching, and color correction.
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork and understanding print production workflows.
  • Experience creating realistic renderings and presentation graphics.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of large-format printing and print production is an advantage.

Preferred experience includes:

  • Retail displays, POP, packaging, or visual merchandising.
  • Large-format digital printing and sample production.
