Social Media Manager for Premium Womenswear Brand

Manage Aretèa’s Instagram and TikTok presence through a monthly, batch-based workflow. Create and maintain a content calendar using supplied cinematic fashion videos, editorial photography, brand ambassador content and brand assets; plan and schedule around three posts per week across both platforms.

Write polished captions aligned with a premium, feminine and faith-centred voice. Organise and repurpose assets effectively, maintain a cohesive Instagram grid, keep profiles up to date and recommend suitable posting times, formats and platform features to support organic reach.

Plan and schedule Instagram Stories 3–5 days per week, including product highlights, behind-the-scenes material, community updates and appropriate interactive elements. Monitor comments and DMs during agreed check-in periods, engage with relevant creators and Christian fashion communities, escalate key customer enquiries, and provide a simple monthly performance report with recommendations.
