First Job: 5-6 min Full Day Wedding Film - Deadline November 29th

Edit wedding films in a non-traditional, non-chronological style that blends imperfect documentary storytelling with fast-paced movement and intentional pacing. The final work should feel candid, emotive, and polished without becoming overly conventional or formulaic.

Use the supplied reference films as the primary creative benchmark for rhythm, structure, texture, and overall tone: and . Footage will be captured with strong attention to exposure, audio, movement, framing, and candid couple moments.

This initial wedding-film edit has a first delivery deadline of November 29. The project may lead to an ongoing remote editing workflow for future wedding films, so clear file organization, feedback collaboration, and a repeatable post-production process are important.

Budget range:
Medium project ($1,500 – 3,000 USD)

Examples:

I’ve edited several films myself and know that much of what is required to pull of high quality videos like this is on me to nail exposure, audio, movement, framing and creating some candid moments with couples. However this is the standard I am striving to achieve with the work I pass along to you.

About the client
My name is Jack and I’ve been in wedding videography for about 2 years now. I’ve begun to make more money and increase my inquiries and I am now committed to finding an editor that I can regularly pass along projects to. I am also looking to learn more about how a remote editor and a videographer can work together efficiently to produce results at a professional level.
