I’m looking for a warm, imaginative illustrator and character designer to bring my original Christian children’s book to life. TheUrgent

Create warm, imaginative illustrations and character designs for an original Christian children’s book for ages 4–8. The story explores faith, courage, kindness, and trust through gentle humour, wonder, and heart.

Deliver character designs for the main and supporting cast, including expression sheets and consistent character appearances across the book. Illustrate full-page scenes, spot illustrations, and a book cover, with backgrounds and settings that support the story world.

The visual style should be bright, friendly, expressive, and comforting for young readers—such as soft watercolor-inspired digital art, rounded character forms, and a warm palette. Artwork should treat the Christian themes thoughtfully and respectfully.

Please share relevant children’s-book or character-illustration portfolio samples. Strong consistency across scenes, clear communication, and an openness to revisions are important.
