Migrate Recruitment Database to Supabase with Auth and UK HostingSearching

Migrate a single-page JavaScript recruitment database from its current hosted artifact to a Journey-owned Supabase project in the London region (eu-west-2). Preserve all existing data, record IDs, soft-delete behavior, and functionality across approximately 1,500 candidates, 240 clients, searches, pipeline records, settings, and associated CV, portfolio, and photo files.

Set up Supabase Postgres with five tables using JSON record columns, private Supabase Storage with signed links, invite-only magic-link authentication for three users, and row-level security. All users must be able to read and edit operational records, while only the owner can update settings and the GDPR email template. Configure daily backups and provide a simple monthly export/restore process.

Replace the app’s existing window.claude data calls with the Supabase client, deploy the static app behind authentication, connect the custom domain, and create a Supabase Edge Function for Anthropic-powered CV reading without exposing the API key to the browser. Import supplied JSON and files while retaining IDs so existing links continue to work.

Validate record counts, private file access, role permissions, CV and LinkedIn imports with cancel/undo, GDPR email tracking, CSV export, and search boards. Complete handover in Journey’s own accounts, including admin access, temporary developer access removal, and brief notes for backups and user management.
