Marketing Digital Designer at TUI

In my role at TUI, I led design delivery for two major CRM rebrand projects, collaborating with developers and automation specialists to launch refreshed CRM content. As part of the Platform Operations team, I optimised the TUI email design system and aligned sister brands including Marella, First Choice, Musement, and VIP Selection. I collaborated with EU markets across BeNe, Germany, Nordics, and UK, supporting output of local newsletters and CRM campaigns. As TUI’s first dedicated CRM designer, I introduced Figma as a core tool, built a scalable email component system, and embedded brand guidelines into a robust CRM-focused design framework, contributing to improved click-through rates and YoY performance.

Managed and maintained the Tech21 website, designing pages in Figma, Shogun, and Shopify. Supported multi-market launches (UK, EU, AU, US). Produced optimised product imagery and digital assets across social, landing pages, and motion.

Freelance design work for clients including TK Maxx, Homesense, Metal Morphosis, ID85, Tech21, Alpha Foods, Nature’s Path, HyperJar, and the National Association of Primary Care.

Digital Designer at STA Travel

Led a major update of the brand’s digital presence as part of a global creative team, collaborating across CRM, UX, marketing, content, and social teams on CRM refresh initiatives; role concluded due to COVID-19 impact on the business.

Creative Lead at Future Cheer

Delivered a refreshed visual identity to support Future Cheer’s growth as Europe’s leading cheer and dance event producer; grew Instagram followers by 10k+, led teams of 10+ staff, managed on-site POS operations, coordinated with suppliers in Asia, and delivered live content and social coverage at major championships.

Starshot is a design practice I founded in 2011; in 2015, transitioned to a permanent role with a primary client; continues as a freelance operation within the UK and EU cheer and dance industry.
