I am a multifaceted researcher, communicator, editor, historian, and content creator with over a decade of experience in marketing, content creation, teaching, visual communication, research, and sustainability. My empathetic, detail-oriented, and thoughtful approach allows me to create impactful and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
I hold a PhD in Science (Audiovisual Media and Processes) and recently completed postdoctoral research at the Université de Lausanne, supported by an Excellence Grant from the Swiss Government. I have taught history, scriptwriting, audiovisual history, visual identity, visual communication, and cultural production at renowned universities, inspiring students and fostering their creative growth.
Beyond academia, I have dedicated myself to writing and editorial work, honing strong editorial skills through my roles with World Poetry Books and the Université de Lausanne. My recent work with IoT Mandt International has significantly expanded my experience in sustainability projects and institutional communications. In this role, I led social media management and content creation for three EU-funded projects (Trust Aware, Alchimia, and Slices), producing compelling content and reports aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). I played a key role in promoting sustainable development initiatives, leveraging digital marketing and strategic communications to amplify the impact of these projects. Additionally, I was part of the institution’s Humanities team, contributing to the production of planned deliverables and project results. This diverse skill set and commitment to sustainability enable me to contribute meaningfully to projects that address global challenges and drive positive change.
Fluent in English and a native Portuguese speaker, I also have B2 proficiency in French and an A2 level in German.
