I’m a Learning & Development strategist and Instructional Designer who helps organizations turn complex expertise into engaging, practical learning experiences. With 5+ years of combined experience across instructional design, training operations, e-learning development, curriculum Architecture, MOOC design, facilitation, LMS administration, and modular training programmes, I design learning solutions that people can complete, apply, and use to improve performance. Currently, I serve as Head of Training at Thummim Africa, a healthcare EdTech organization where I oversee learning strategy, training operations, projects, teams, and learning infrastructure across Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia, The Gambia, and other African markets. My work supports over 3,000 healthcare professionals and administrators, including enterprise training needs assessments, LMS operations, competency-based learning pathways, instructor coordination, CPD-aligned learning, and training analytics. I work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to conduct Training Needs Analyses, define learning objectives, develop storyboards, design assessments, create facilitator and learner guides, and build courseware for self-paced, instructor-led, and blended learning. My experience spans healthcare, corporate learning, nonprofit education, workforce readiness, caregiving, digital literacy, agribusiness, employability, and social impact learning projects. I have designed and deployed courses ranging from healthcare and career-readiness programmes to employability curricula and MOOCs. such as World Merit’s Action University. As Nigeria’s first Genially Ambassador, I create awareness, hold classes, and train L&D professionals and organizations on how to use Genially to design better learning experiences, improve engagement, and strengthen training infrastructure. Beyond designing learning solutions, I educate and mentor early-career professionals, career transitioners, teachers, educators, and aspiring instructional designers who want to start or grow careers in Learning & Development.
