In my most recent permanent role at Zendesk I joined a long-lived team responsible for curating the User Platform, maintaining and building on the large revenue-generating monolith. This included being responsible for the vast amounts of data for a large enterprise, managing the complexities around these domain entities, and making this data available and easy to consume for other teams via APIs and for users via frontend applications.
