Delivering DEI and cultural interventions to a broad range of clients in a B2B consultancy. A wide-ranging role remit, which involves: learning design for e-learning, virtual and instructor-led workshops, facilitation, delivering seminars, graphic design, video creation and editing, creating digital automations and workflows, managing and administration of Learning Management System, managing and analysing feedback on products, developing internal and external communications, branding, and resource curation. Key skills: Stakeholder management: From the C-suite to frontline employees, engaging and maintaining stakeholder relationships is a crucial aspect of the role. Evidence-based thinking: From changing hearts and minds through facts and stats, to continuously improving products based on analysis of feedback. Detail-orientation: From ensuring digital solutions are high quality, delivered on time, and thoroughly tested to data gathering and analysis, details change a client experience from good to exceptional.
