Job Description

The Graphic Designer creates visual concepts, such as logos, layouts, and images, using software or manual techniques to communicate ideas for branding, marketing, and advertising across print and digital media. The designer will collaborate with teams to translate briefs into compelling designs, manage projects, and ensure brand consistency. Key duties include conceptualizing visuals, selecting typography/colors, preparing files for various platforms (web, print, social), and revising designs based on feedback while staying current with design trends and software.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize & Design: Develop visual concepts for logos, websites, ads, brochures, packaging, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate: Work with marketing, content, and brand teams to understand project needs and deliver cohesive messaging.
• Create Visuals: Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) to build graphics by choosing layouts, colors, and fonts.
• Prepare Files: Produce final artwork, ensuring it’s ready for print or digital use.
• Manage Projects: Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage budgets.
• Maintain Brand: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Stay Current: Keep up with new design trends, software, and technology.

Essential Skills & Tools:

• Software: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
