Need an artist who is good at drawing concept art, such as creatures and humanoids

My name is Jean and this year I plan on developing a video game, it’ll take a couple of years at best, but I already have several art concepts in mind, so I’d like to get those out of the way and at the same time use them for motivation and inspiration.
I need someone who is great at detailed concept art, such as the art you see done by major studios such as Bethesda, Bioware, other big name companies, I’d like this art to showcase the kinds of places and creatures one can encounter over the course of the game.
That being said, I don’t have much in the way of funding, but I’m hoping I can work with someone who can be flexible by doing a drawing here and there, not really a time limit on when it has to be done, but I am willing to pay more for quality and time. Other than the pay there is the fact that once I finish my game and publish it, anyone who worked on art, coding, animation, etc will have immediate and massive exposure and most likely could probably get hired somewhere big like Blizzard.
