URGENT: Live Illustration During Meeting

Illustrator is needed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What is the project, and what do you want to achieve with it?
the project requires the illustrator to attend a full-day workshop (8 hours)
and create live illustrations of the meeting. the output of this project would be one big canvas with key messages and events in the canvas (like a story board/ summary of talking points). the canvas is to have the points supported with illustrations. the illustrator must be in Riyadh in person to attend the meeting.

What is your role within the organisation, or is this a person project?
I am part of the team executing the meeting, which the illustration is going to be based-off on.

What are the three top priorities for this project?
being there in person on Thursday for the full working-day, providing live illustrations
