Contract: Part-time

We are looking for a versatile creative individual to create compelling visuals, motion graphics, and print for Mightier’s marketing initiative and product support. We are looking for someone familiar with the latest software and trends in social and paid media, someone who can take an idea, draw from our brand guidelines, and apply critical thinking and artistic skill to put together engaging materials for our target audiences.

Specifically, we are looking for Graphic Design skills in putting together paid ads and social posts to run on channels like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn and ability to use Motion Graphics to bring some of these materials to life. There are also opportunities to assist with the creation of printed mailers, printable activities, video editing, and slide deck presentations. Ideal candidates have an eye for clean, fun, family friendly designs, an interest in kids media, and the ability to keep up with today’s visual trends.

Requirements:

• An online portfolio demonstrating Graphic Design and Motion Graphic samples
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with quick project turn around
• Critical thinking skills, be able to take an idea and run with it
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, & After Effects
• Desire to improve and grow through feedback and critique
• Self motivation and time management skills
• Good communication and self-organizing skills
• Orientation towards team-work and collaboration
