Pay Rate:

$35-50/hour (Depending on skills and qualifications…)

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the development, design and execution of creative concepts and final designs with a solid background in merchandising design, instore, display, POP and end caps.
• Animation expertise to add movement and create motion effects to graphics - will create a lot of 10-30 second videos specific to product content for advertising
• Present creative design concepts and ideas for approval, articulating your creative approach and strategy, while encouraging and accepting critiques from others in order to adjust and deliver a strategically sound piece.
• Ability to think and design and to help craft and develop physical, digital, and interactive experiences that speak to core consumer

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia, or an equivalent degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of in-depth experience designing in both the digital and physical space.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and thought process.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Lightroom, After Effects, Premier Pro and other Adobe programs.
• Strong creative, design, and communication skills; ability to collaborate and build cross functional relationships
• Understanding of image manipulation, typography, color and balance, illustration, and best design practices.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Understanding of color contrast and all ADA compliance requirements
