Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Part-Time Real Estate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic real estate company specializing in new construction and existing residential homes. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for managing social media content and creating captivating designs that effectively showcase our properties, promote our brand, and engage our target audience. Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing strategies.
• Conceptualize and design graphics for new construction homes and existing residential properties, including floor plans, infographics, virtual tours, and property listings.
• Manage and maintain a consistent presence on social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or inquiries.
• Stay updated with current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging social media platforms to continually optimize our social media presence.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and create effective marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Assist with other design projects, as needed, including website graphics, email newsletters, and signage.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as experience with social media management tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective design requirements.
• Knowledge of real estate terminology, property marketing, and industry-specific design trends.
• Excellent creative and artistic abilities, with an eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Schedule:

This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 10 hours per week.

The specific working hours can be negotiated to accommodate the candidate’s availability and project requirements.
