Requirements
- Strong skills in Adobe XD or Figma, with experience in creating UI Kits and design system.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- 5+ years of experience in designing websites or digital products, with a strong focus on UI design.
Responsabilities
- Design high-quality UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using Adobe XD or Figma, with a strong focus on usability, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
- Develop and maintain UI Kits, design systems, and other design documentation to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and knowledge.
