Duties:

• Partnering with leadership, staff, and stakeholders
• Bring CDH media, especially presentations, to life through dynamic, aesthetic, compelling, and on-strategy story-telling that move audiences to understand how to engage with CDH and within CDH
• Collaborates as needed with other CDH departmental staff and staff from various divisions and departments such as Product, Experience Design, Marketing, Media Support Services, and Client Brand

Skills:

• Expertise in transforming complex concepts into simple, compelling visuals in order to build understanding across CDH teams and strategic partners
• Expertise in digital design with an emphasis in presentation design
• Ability to take complex ideas and express them in info graphics, dynamic charts, and graphs
• Proficient in Adobe software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Proficient in typography, color, and layout
• Familiarity working under the constrains of brand identity guidelines and style guides
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to confidently and clearly present work
• Meticulous in their attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Understanding of and experience with visual design fundamentals: color, typography, composition, space, information visualization, knowing how to adapt design approaches to the context of each project, and how to balance best practices with new ideas and concepts
• Ability to contribute to multiple projects (at various stages) concurrently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure
