Job Overview:

As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our team to create visually appealing designs that captivate our clients’ target audiences. Your expertise in graphic design will be instrumental in developing effective social media campaigns and visually appealing content across various platforms. This freelance position allows for flexibility and remote work, providing you with the opportunity to showcase your talent and contribute to our agency’s success. We are a boutique agency so you will learn a lot and have potential for growth! Our ideal candidate has a creative mind with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, team player, excellent communication skills, knowledge about marketing and must be passionate about content creation and design.

*We welcome applicants who are in the process of completing their bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• - Collaborate with our team to understand clients’ brand guidelines, goals, voice, and target audience.
• - Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
• - Design engaging visual assets for social media posts, including infographics, banners, cover images, profile pictures, and ad campaigns.
• - Develop eye-catching and on-brand imagery for website elements.
• - Work closely with the team to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall impact of social media campaigns.
• - Adapt and optimize designs for different platforms, considering dimensions, file formats, and best practices.
• - Collaborate effectively with the team, incorporating feedback and making revisions when necessary.
• - Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs that align with clients’ objectives.

Qualifications:

• - Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant software.
• - Solid understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
• - Excellent creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, color schemes, and typography.
• - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
• - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
• - Flexibility and adaptability to work in a remote freelance environment.
