Position Summary
The Graphic Design Associate will assist the design team with design projects, production, and manage the Philadelphia Eagles Brand. The design team specializes in creating graphics for every facet of the organization throughout the NovaCare Complex and Lincoln Financial Field.
Reporting Relationships
The Seasonal Associate will report to the Lead Designer and Senior Designers.
Position Responsibilities
- Design: Assisting design team on the creation of logos, brochures, invitations, magazine ads, posters, social graphics, billboards, etc.
- Production: Clipping photos, color treating photos, resizing ads, pitch deck mock-ups, and presentation decks
- Project Collaboration: Work with the creative team to bring projects from idea to execution.
- Development: Willingness to move beyond their current comfort zone to develop new skills

Qualifications
- Must be a recent graduate, who in the last 18 months has completed a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying institution
- This position currently is subject to a COVID-19 vaccination and booster requirement, subject to applicable law.
- Strong Knowledge in the Adobe Suite; Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator are required. After Effects and Lightroom are a plus.
- Must digitally submit a portfolio which includes a wide range of design skills.
- Strong visual and communication skills.
