Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer who possesses a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of contemporary design trends. As a Graphic Designer for us, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of design projects, including print materials, digital assets, branding elements, and promotional materials. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and elevating our visual presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually stunning designs that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our message.
• Develop engaging and eye-catching graphics for social media campaigns, website content, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and menus that effectively convey our brand image and attract our target audience.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of visual assets, including logos, icons, and illustrations.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our visual materials are fresh, modern, and relevant.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs are delivered within the specified timeline.
• Have an understanding of big events coming up (sporting events, holidays, etc) and anticipate materials needed ahead of time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of contemporary design trends, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work on a part-time or freelance basis while working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for designing web graphics.
