We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Social Media Influencer Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple social media influencer accounts and fostering brand partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective influencer strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives.
- Manage and oversee multiple social media influencer accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Identify and recruit new influencers that align with our brand values and target audience demographics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact for communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate and execute influencer partnerships and collaborations, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Coordinate content creation and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality output from influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging influencer marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer initiatives with broader marketing and promotional campaigns.
- 2+ years of experience working with influencers on brand partnerships, promotions, and advertising campaigns
- Proven experience with pre-existing book of business managing social media influencer accounts
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and trends.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms for identifying, managing, and tracking influencers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Exceptional negotiation and collaboration abilities to secure favorable partnerships and collaborations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple influencer accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Passion for freelancing, social media, influencer culture, and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Previous experience owning/managing a marketing agency

This is a W-9, independent contractor role with a revenue share compensation structure.
Pay: $180,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
