Contract: Temporary, 6 Months Contract

Notes: This is to cover a maternity leave, but this team is hoping this person will work out and go temp to hire. So far, the hiring manager is having difficulty finding someone with Pharma labeling experience. They need to be familiar with FDA regulations with labeling. A plus would be if they have experience with the program called Focus.

Description:

• The Artwork Project Leader is accountable for supply chain project performance including implementation of artwork project activities, liaising with senior management and other stakeholders.
• They will provide input to the program prioritization process and participate in other key strategic business portfolio processes.
• Maintain all relevant artwork projects within the electronic artwork management system, ensuring tasks are setup, progressed and completed on time.
• Carry out artwork approvals, proofreading and printer’s proofs verification checks.
• Transparently monitor, control and report process performance of label changes.
• Define and control process for business case development of requested label changes as base for definition of project priority and required implementation target date.
• Work directly with internal design studio, external graphic houses, and print vendors to coordinate artwork development & publishing of new/revised artwork as well as technical/profile drawings and guides.
• Lead projects for label changes considering lowest possible impact on market supply and manufacturing operations while still maintaining highest possible efficiency in change control implementation.
• Define implementation plan based on supply/demand forecast. Optimize inventory levels with Supply Planning to reduce the financial impact of the change while securing the launch of the new material.
• Engage multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Demonstrate strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and proficient communication skills.
• Design, support, and implement additional supply chain projects.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, have good interpersonal skills, analyze, and solve potential complex conflict situations and define proactive mitigation strategy through innovative thought and experience.
• Experience in Quality, Artwork Management, and computerized documentation control systems project management tools, MS Office, and MS Excel.
• Must be well versed in Project Leadership tools and possess knowledge of Change Control, Artwork management related disciplines.
• Must have knowledge of such principles as GMPs, FDA guidelines and purchasing practices.
• Experience in FDA regulated environment is preferred.
• Must be proficient in written and oral English.

Salary: $30.00 - $33.50 per hour
