Contract: Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our marketing team to understand our products and who we’re trying to reach.
• Design ads that stand out on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Keep up to date with new creative ideas and strategies.
• Work with the marketing team to figure out which ad styles are getting the best results and adjust your designs accordingly.
• Scour our User Generated Content (UGC) to identify opportunities for creating ads that leverage authentic customer experiences.
• Come up with fresh ideas for video ads that tell our story and get people excited.

Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design, (ideally creating Facebook ads - but not essential).
• Skills in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Understanding of advertising principles, user experience, and design psychology.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends, social media platforms, and emerging technologies that can enhance ad creativity.
• High motivation and proactive attitude, capable of working independently and self-directing your tasks.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to think creatively to develop engaging ad concepts.
• A team-oriented mindset, open to feedback and keen on contributing ideas to the group.

Salary:

£10.50-£12.00 per hour
