RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, conceptualize and create designs for new graphics
• Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines
• Collaborate & work closely with the marketing team
• Ensure project timeline is met and the project stays within budget
• Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges
• Define clear goals for all aspects of the project and develop steps for the proper execution
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicate with suppliers to make sure delivered items are in line with company requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in graphic design or visual arts
• Eye for detail and a heart for design, you must own the design process
• You must be passionate about marketing, branding, web design, video editing & motion graphics
• Eager to learn and open to new opportunities. You are always ready to put on a new hat
• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Cross-platform design experience (Print & Digital Media)
• Ability to use MAC & PC platforms
• Extensive work portfolio (Marketing, Branding, Photography, Web design, Illustration, Motion Graphics & 3D Rendering)
• Adobe Creative Cloud dominance (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Lightroom, Dreamweaver)
• Microsoft suite dominance (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Experience with WordPress Code understanding & ability to work with programming scripts, including XML and Html is a plus
• Understanding of reproof & printing process and specifications
• Creative out of the box thinking skills with extreme attention to detail
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, a team player with the ability to work autonomously
• You have great communication skills and are ready to discuss your ideas. You are comfortable with giving and receiving critical design feedback.
• You are a solution/results-oriented person and don’t give up easily when things get complicated
• Fluent in English and understands Spanish

Pay: $36,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
