Contract: Part Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Gumtree, etc.
- Create engaging, high-quality, and relevant property adverts/listings optimized for each platform
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and implement best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and maximize ROI
- Interact with customers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to ensure correct property information is put up on the listings
- Edit pictures and videos, create brochures for each property listing
- Maintain and manage the company’s website
- Make a weekly newsletter with the new properties available on the market
Skills:
- Strong understanding of property listings, social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
- Proficient in using social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Basic video editing skills to create engaging content for social media
- Photography skills for capturing high-quality visuals for social media posts
- Ability to proofread content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Familiarity with web analytics tools to track website traffic from social media
- Ability to make property listings on the website and all marketing websites
- Knowledge of web designing, working with WordPress and Elementor
- Teamwork and punctuality
- Ability to keep up with deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate or property industry
- Real Estate Knowledge: A solid understanding of the property market, including current trends and industry-specific terminology
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to create engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience
- Strategic Thinking: Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing social media data to make data-driven decisions and optimize future campaigns
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adept at crafting compelling property descriptions and interacting professionally on social media
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design tools is a plus
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
