Contract: Part Time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Gumtree, etc.
  • Create engaging, high-quality, and relevant property adverts/listings optimized for each platform
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and maximize ROI
  • Interact with customers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure correct property information is put up on the listings
  • Edit pictures and videos, create brochures for each property listing
  • Maintain and manage the company’s website
  • Make a weekly newsletter with the new properties available on the market

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of property listings, social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
  • Proficient in using social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Basic video editing skills to create engaging content for social media
  • Photography skills for capturing high-quality visuals for social media posts
  • Ability to proofread content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools to track website traffic from social media
  • Ability to make property listings on the website and all marketing websites
  • Knowledge of web designing, working with WordPress and Elementor
  • Teamwork and punctuality
  • Ability to keep up with deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate or property industry
  • Real Estate Knowledge: A solid understanding of the property market, including current trends and industry-specific terminology
  • Creativity: Demonstrated ability to create engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing social media data to make data-driven decisions and optimize future campaigns
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adept at crafting compelling property descriptions and interacting professionally on social media
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design tools is a plus
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
