Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at Venera. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning assets that engage our audience and promote our products across various online channels. Your primary focus will be on marketing materials, where you will use your design skills to captivate our customers and enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop innovative and eye-catching designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Utilize Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to create visually appealing assets.
• Apply design principles and typography expertise to ensure high-quality layouts and effective visual communication.
• Maintain brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Manage and organize your design portfolio, showcasing your skills and creative abilities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography and typesetting principles.
• Knowledge of design principles, including composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with branding guidelines and designing for print.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities, including examples of marketing materials.
