Duties:

• Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for engagement on various social media platforms
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photography and video editing, to attract and retain followers
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Conduct regular audits of social media accounts to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
• Use analytics tools to track and report on key metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to drive traffic and sales through social media channels

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
• Proficiency in photography, video editing, and proofreading
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools, digital marketing concepts, and e-commerce strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams

Pay:
