About the Position:

Experienced Content Producer/Graphic Designer Part Time/Contract. Open to freelancers and sole-trading creatives. See the Label Digital Agency is seeking an experienced Melbourne-based content producer to join our growing team. Successful applicant must be located in Melbourne, Australia.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a self-motivated critical thinker to produce content for our clients and our agency. Your day-to-day will involve using the Adobe Creative Suite to design/produce visual assets and write copy to deliver content based on a brief. You’ll be across the latest design and digital trends but can strategically adapt your style as needed across a broad range of different clients and industries. This will require critical, strategic and creative thinking.

About You:

• You’re an experienced content producer who is able to morph between designing/copywriting to produce:
• A variety of social media content (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
• Blogs
• EDM creation (and uploading… to Campaign Monitor/Klaviyo/Mailchimp)
• Visual website layouts
• Printed collateral (e.g., brochures, flyers etc.)
• Digital artwork (e.g., website banners, PPC ad visuals)
• Internal document creation and updates (proposals, quote templates, portfolios)

Clients:

Our clients are a collective of long-term businesses who value quality over quantity. They cover a wide range of industries from international retailers to medical specialists, regulated professional services, the arts and hospitality. So being able to adapt your style and thinking to these different industries will be essential. After 3 months in this role, you’ll be able to seamlessly jump between client projects and truly understand their unique requirements for content.

Required Skills and Proficiencies:

• Adobe Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Mac Operating systems

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of EDM platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor)
• Video/reel creation
• Experience/knowledge across emerging AI tools to assist workflows
• Experience in website CMS (Wordpress/Shopify/Squarespace/Wix)
• UI/UX design (Webflow/Figma/XD)
