Duties:

• Find new talent to shoot with for social media and the website.
• Coordinate and schedule photo shoots.
• Build meaningful professional relationships with local talent and models.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms.
• Manage social media accounts and monitor online presence.
• Monitor trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Conduct web research to gather information for content creation.
• Collaborate with the brand manager and owners to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Proofread and edit social media content for accuracy and clarity.
• Utilize photography and video editing skills to create visually appealing content.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing strategies and techniques.
• Knowledge of e-commerce principles and practices.
• Ability to conduct web research to gather information for content creation.
• Proficiency in photography and video editing software.
