Responsibilities:

• Work on exciting projects within the property sector

Requirements:

• 6-month contract - Immediate Start
• Eager to immerse themselves in a successful lifestyle organisation
• Work from ideation to delivery and production
• Maintain and work within existing brand guidelines
• Push boundaries with ideas and knowledge of industry best practice
• Create and proof designs for internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Strong briefing and project management ability
• Compete against deadlines
• Pre-launch involvement in multiple developments
• Branding skills with some involvement in social media, digital platforms, and media assets
• 7+ years of experience in the field
• Experience within the property or architectural field
• Feel for creating and designing future developments
