Job Description
ProfiTank is seeking a Social Media Coordinator!
This position can be fully remote or hybrid. The schedule is flexible.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding understanding of social media platforms (FB, Ig, TT, YT, P) and comfort in repurposing content across all of those platforms.
- Social platforms analytics tools knowledge.
- Strong visual eye for designing and creating graphics.
- SEO experience a plus.
- Excellent copywriting, spelling and grammar skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, motivated and proactive.
- Self-motivated, assertive personality who can operate effectively as an individual and as part of the team.
- Creative thinker with a growth mindset.
- Ability to listen, adapt and incorporate feedback.
- Knowledge of emerging media trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective rapport with the team, even in remote working environments.

Responsibilities:
- Build and execute social media strategy.
- Generate, edit and publish consistent content on social media platforms.
- Develop original concepts designed to meet our strategic objectives and brand standards.
- Translate team ideas and objectives into creative and engaging content.
- Create content messaging that aligns with our brand and image.
- Capture photos and short videos; provide edits as needed.
- Monitor tracking and reporting processes for marketing campaigns; report to the team with recommendations for improving same.
- Contribute to the design and build of annual social media and marketing plans. Management of this plan throughout the year.
- Build landing pages designed to highlight and attract patients to specific services.
- Maintain MailChimp email lists.
- Design and generate email campaigns as necessary.
- Respond to social media inboxes.
- Respond and engage with patients on social media post comments and questions.
- Interface with web master and app developer to implement new and update existing content.
- Create handouts and graphics for patient resources.
- Assist in creating powerpoint slides as needed.
- Assist in garnering Google Reviews from patients.
- Assist in managing future endeavors such as a blog, monthly newsletter and podcast.
- Maintain digital marketing assets on Issuu.
- Maintain agency photos on Google Photos.
